Situated at Leof Andrea Siggrou 150, Athens, the office building stands as a solid, free-standing structure along Kalithea's most prominent boulevard. Housing ministry offices within its five floors and basement, the building boasts a solid concrete skeleton structure. Its linear openings and uniform facade, punctuated by vertical elements and marble detailing at the entrance and upper levels with a central staircase, define its square shape and functional layout. Positioned at the junction of Andrea Siggrou Avenue and Aristotelou Street, it shares corners with residential, hotel, and cultural establishments. Despite its unassuming demeanor, visible signs of aging hint at the building's current state.
