The building is located at 08 Karagiorgis Servias Street and houses the services of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. A part of the ground floor also houses the National Bank of Greece, which is connected to the adjacent building. It consists of 7 floors and was built between 1938 and 1945 by the architect Vassilios Tsagris. It is located in a very central part of the city and consists of approsmately 6.170 square
meters. It is leased for the Ministry of Economy and Finance by the National Insurance Company. The ministry owns the 5th and 6th floors which house the central services.
