The building is located at 03 Eslin Street in Athens and houses the services of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. More specifically, it houses the Fiscal Supervision and Control Services of the Prefecture of Attica. It is located at the intersection of Alexandra Avenue and covers approximately 3,681 square meters. It consists of 6 floors, of which the ground floor houses a neurological clinic. It was originally designed for a hotel having a symmetrical floor plan with the vertical circulation core in the center. It is located between two buildings and presents repetition in its appearance on all floors.
