Mirroring the block

Our intervention concerns the building that houses the services of EFKA and is located at 29 Canningos Street. The morphology of the building and the block it is housed in, led us to the project of converting the building into an entire block, a mirror of the existing building on the rest of the block. This mirroring is also applied internally, so that life is also directed to the new uncovered space bounded by a school at the bottom of the building. The nature that is born in the open space - accessible only to school children - is a filter of purification from the noise and pollution of the city, while at the same time creating a sense of privacy for the residents.
